Richard Brubaker is the Founder and Managing Director of China Strategic Development Partners, a boutique management consulting firm located in Shanghai. With almost 15 years of Asia experience (the last 5 based in mainland China), Rich assists his clients (both Fortune 500 companies and SMEs) understand the China market, develop China strategies and platforms, implement effective strategies, and manage ongoing manufacturing operations.

In addition, Rich is the Founder and Executive Director of Hands On Shanghai, an organization that manages volunteer programs in China, he is the Vice Chairman of the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai, sits on the Asia Pacific Council of the Thunderbird Alumni Association, and is the managing editor of All Roads Lead to China.

Rich has an MBA from Thunderbird, The Garvin School of International Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Finance and Economics, from the University of Missouri.
